Health has always been governed by scarcity.

Scarce expertise. Scarce access. Scarce intelligence at the point of care. For all of history, good health has been rationed, full to the few and in fragments to the many.

That era is ending.

We are entering an age of abundance in health: of knowledge, of intelligence, of access, of prevention, and of care made personal. AI is the force that makes it possible, as an amplifier of human judgment and reach, not a gadget bolted onto old systems. What was scarce can be made plentiful.

But abundance must be built, and it must be aimed.

We believe healthcare is entering the greatest period of transformation in human history. Our ambition is to help accelerate the move from scarcity to abundance, and to build one of the most influential institutions operating at the intersection of healthcare, capital, technology, and human flourishing.
