Feby Abraham

Feby Abraham has spent his career helping people and institutions become what they are capable of becoming. More builder than advisor, he is drawn to the work of turning strategy into institutions that endure.

His foundation is scientific. He earned a PhD, completed postdoctoral research, and began his career at GlaxoSmithKline as a computational and AI investigator, applying advanced computing and artificial intelligence to real problems in healthcare years before AI became the center of the conversation. That early conviction, that computation and human judgment together could change medicine, still runs through everything he builds.

At McKinsey & Company, Feby spent more than a decade as a Partner advising healthcare organizations, investors, and leadership teams on growth, transformation, strategy, and value creation. He helped co-found the firm's Private Equity Healthcare Services practice and worked across many of the sector's most significant strategic, investment, and operational decisions.

At Memorial Hermann Health System, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, leading enterprise strategy, innovation, strategic partnerships, corporate development, and strategic investments. He helped build and lead the health system's strategic direct investment platform, supported investments across more than fifty healthcare companies, worked on more than forty partnerships and joint ventures, and led strategic planning efforts across the enterprise.
